Energy, sleep & health

Understand fatigue, sleep problems, sexual health concerns, and when symptoms need a medical assessment.

Avoid the one-explanation trap

Stress may be part of the picture, but it should not be used to dismiss unexplained physical changes. Equally, a hormone test should not replace a conversation about mood, sleep, medication and relationships.

Persistent tiredness has many possible causes. The NHS advises seeking assessment when it is unexplained, ongoing or affecting daily life. [1]

This is a guide to the right conversation

The articles explain what to note before an appointment and what questions to ask. They do not recommend a supplement stack, hormone prescription, fixed panel of tests or universal screening timetable.

Screening and prevention should be discussed with your clinician using your age, medical history, family history and local guidance. Sudden or severe symptoms need urgent assessment rather than a routine wellness package.

Do not equate health with youth

The goal is not to promise a younger body. It is to help you understand changes, obtain appropriate care, and make sustainable decisions about how you live.
